Originally born in Vienna, Austria.

Studied acupuncture and TCM at LSB London and graduated in 2013

Completed and graduated from the Bikram Teacher training in Los Angeles in 2013.

Completed a 200hrs hatha yoga teacher training in Beijing, China and also completed Progressive Hatha Yoga training in 2018 in Antibes, France

Competed nationally and internationally in yoga sports competitions and coached athletes for competitions in China and Austria.
